Best practice is to start with a Category:Contents page. This is the highest level Category. All other categories are sub categories. What follows is a first pass of a Category Tree for the wiki. I've placed Content of a category in (). In one case there is a 50 questions in a category (Lord's Prayer/Petitions). This is a lot of Q's and t might be better to break it out further, but that involves another level of Categories.
